Type of Preparation
Its elaboration is carried out by means of a double harvest, first to collect the WHITE TEMPRAILLO and a few weeks later Viura, which allows the variety a higher ripening. Combined with the special microclimate of the plots, this results in golden and highly expressive bunches.
Already in the winery, and after a cold maceration during hours and a light pressing, we obtain two fine and brilliant musts ready for barrel fermentation.
Its ageing on lees and its months in oak barrels, give rise to the production of a wine with its own character, with a very broad taste balance, captivating aromatic expression with body and elegance. It stands out for its fresh and tropical white fruit, toasted notes, yeasts on a mineral background, wide, silky and with a very persistent finis
