Our Barrel Fermented Rosé is not the result of a mixture of red and white grapes, but of a particular technique, bleeding by macerating the Garnacha grape during one night and one day.
Once we have this must of pink bougainvillea a little higher than our famous "claret", but with the same organoleptic characteristics, we give way to the filling of barrels where the alcoholic fermentation that will give it this special and different character to our rosé.After its fermentation and aging for a few months depending on the nuances we want to obtain, this wine results in the least original and practically unique.
