General information
Planting with selected autochthonous clones on different farms in Villafranca del Bierzo. These plots are located at 700 meters of altitude on very poor soils of sand, decomposed slate and pebbles.
alluvial formation. Delicate crushing of the grape and subsequent maceration with the skins at 8º for 12 hours in order to expand the aromatic flow. After a slight static racking, the alcoholic fermentation begins in 500-liter barrels, where the wine remained in contact with its fine lees for 10 months.
Tasting Notes Mauro Godello
Net Atlantic profile. Incisive and elegant, notes of lime, white flower and fine lees predominate on the nose. Perfect balance between wood and fruit in a fatty, vertical and earthy set.
