GEOLOGY AND SOIL
Clayey-calcareous and alluvial.
ELABORACIÓN
After approximately 8 hours of maceration in the press, this white wine ferments in new French oak barrels. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains with its lees for 3 months before being bottled.
CATA
Bright and clear straw yellow-green colour.
In the nose, the acid fruits return, mainly citrus fruits and green apple, “sweetened” by pastries made from fine lees and spices from Nevers oak…
In the mouth the entrance is mineral and silky at the same time, always underpinned by stimulating notes of malic.
In retro-olfaction some citrus fruits are kept, pineapple appears, and ends tenuously with scrub and vanilla.
