Preparation: To make this wine, those younger vineyards are selected to obtain a fresher and easier to drink wine. The grapes enter the cellar at a temperature of 18ºC and an alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of no more than 25ºC. The decapping occurs without having finished the fermentation to avoid an excess of structure. Malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously in a stainless steel tank after which it is sulphited and racked. Stabilization is by cold tabulation.
Tasting Notes Muñarrate
Deep cherry red color, blue tones almost on the edge. Nose: Intense, fruity, powerful ripe strawberry, blackberry, licorice. When moving the glass is frank, versatile in its fruitiness, with notes of elaboration with sweet lactic memories, even Herbaceous nuances. Mouth: In the attack it is fleshy from the beginning, broad, full of fruit flavors that we have previously perceived. On the palate it is broad with young but sweet, ripe tannins that glide gently. In the aftertaste, the wine is powerful in length due to its goodness and great fruitiness.
