Carbonic maceration (vatting and fermentation of whole bunches). Daily soft pump-overs.
FERMENTATION: The variety Sauvignon Blanc 50% in French oak barrels for one wine and 50% in barrels for two wines (Vosgues area) with Medium-Long Burgundy toasting for 2 months. The varieties Viura, Malvasia, Tempranillo Banco and Maturana in stainless steel. Controlled temperature between 14º and 16ºC with autochthonous yeast selected from our own vineyards.
Cherry color, violet rim. Fresh, red fruit, flowers, balsamic, liquorice. Tasty, with lactic notes, intense, with well-integrated acidity, fruity
