Manual harvest. Each variety is vinified separately in such a way that depending on the variety, the estate and the characteristics of the vintage, the cold maceration times prior to pressing as well as the fermentation conditions are modified. After fermentation, a short aging takes place on the lees for four months, after which the different farms are assembled and bottled. The wine remains in the bottle for two months after its commercialization.
Tasting Notes Nivarius white
Clean and bright with a straw yellow color with reflections of the same color. The nose is fresh, complex where the aromas of white stone fruit dominate with floral undertones. In the mouth it has a dry entry, with a balanced fresh passage through the mouth that invites you to continue drinking.
