The fermentation of this wine was carried out very calmly, since it was extended for 20 days, leaving the skins in maceration for 8 more days to extract all the personality of the varieties used. Its aging took place in American oak barrels (60%) and French oak (40%) with a duration of 12 months, in which 2 racking was done.
