Something very important to highlight in the selection of grapes for this exceptional Reserve is undoubtedly the varieties used, because although its main source is Tempranillo, we would also highlight the Graciano variety that comes from one of our wildest and prettiest vineyards “LA PAST. “Of crisscrossed and asymmetrical hills, it is of an incomparable beauty for the lover of the nature and that enjoys a difficult ground and with little rains.

DATA SHEET:
95% TEMPRANILLO.
5% GRATIAN.
Long maceration with controlled temperature of 26-28ºC.
24 months in oak barrels (American and French).
Carefully controlled racking every 4-6 months.
COLOR:
Intense red, iridescence tiles, is conceived as a wine of guard.

TO ROME:
Complex and rich aromas linked to the terroir. Inhale the aromas of the raspberries, savoring the effusion of the strong chocolate.

TASTE:
Old age well assimilated. Ripe fruits on a toasted background.

GASTRONOMY:
Ham and Cured and Iberian Cheese, Patés, Roasts and Meat.
