Cold pre-fermentation maceration for approximately 72 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 9 days at a controlled temperature between 26-28ºC. Postfermentative maceration for maximum color extraction for an additional 2 days. Malolactic fermentation in a selection of 30 new French oak Bordeaux barrels from 8 different coopers.

With an intense cherry color, it is capable of transmitting deep fragrances of liquorice, blackberry, currant, caramel, mocha and touches of menthol. Its palate is fleshy, powerful and exuberant, resulting in an experience for the senses that makes it linger in the memory.
