Manual harvest in boxes. Selection of grapes from our facilities using tapes and the most innovative systems. Alcoholic fermentation in French Oak vats of 6,500 lts. capacity, where malolactic fermentation will also be carried out. Aging in 225 litre Bordeaux barrels for 28-30 months, combining new barrels (225 litre) of French and Eastern Oak. Ageing in bottle for at least 36 months prior to market release.
Tasting Notes Gran Reserva Perica
Ruby color with tile edge. Intense and complex aroma as a result of the long ageing process. Aromas of vanilla and fine reduction (tobacco and fine leather) with slight notes of liquor bonbon.
Tasty in the mouth, polished tannins and good length.
