Manual harvest in boxes. Selection of grapes from our facilities using tapes and the most innovative systems. Alcoholic fermentation in French Oak vats of 6,500 lts. capacity, where malolactic fermentation will also be carried out. Ageing in 225 litre Bordeaux barrels for 24-28 months, combining new barrels (225 litre) of French and Eastern Oak. Aging in bottle for at least 18 months prior to market release.
Tasting Notes Perica Reserva
Clean, intense color with cherry reflections. Intensity and aromatic complexity. Toasted aroma, notes with ripe dates and touches of toffee. Tasty palate with polished tannins.
Very fresh and with complex touches of ageing.
