Elaboration: From a careful selection of grapes from our noblest vineyards, aged between 84 and 106 years, we have proceeded to ferment the destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks with refrigeration incorporated by means of external shirts to maintain temperatures not exceeding 30 º C.
The skins are macerated for 30 days, with two pumpovers a day.
Aging: 15 months in new American (50%) and French (50%) oak barrels with six-monthly racking. Then it goes to the bottle, where it is refined and acquiring the finesse and elegance desired.
Color: Cherry apicotado, rim garnet, high layer.
Aroma:Powerful nose, aromas from ripe black fruit, with fine nuances of spices (cocoa) and roasted. Very well assembled.
Mouth:In the mouth it is serious in the encounter, fleshy, ample and balanced, with a good step of intense fruit and some minerality. Tannins perfectly polished, fatty and perfectly rounded. Powerful aftertaste, long and with personality.
