Cherry red. Very mineral with notes of graphite and balsamic weapons. Very expressive on the nose, broad, succulent, with nerve and persistence. Fine tannins.

Selection and marking of the strains whose production convinces us. Elaboration in 3500 l tanks. French oak. Cold maceration for 3 days at 9-10ºC, with long pump-overs. On the 4th day the fermentation begins for 15 days at a controlled temperature (25-27ºC) to preserve the primary aromas. After this, it is kept in the tanks, macerating for 6 days with a daily hatching. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. 15 months in new French oak barrels.Tasting Notes Terran de Vallobera
On the palate it is powerful, elegant, balanced, meaty and very fruity, with very ripe fruits and the complexities of the wood prevailing.
