Selected harvest in 18 kg boxes that are cooled to 5º C for 12 hours before being processed at the selection table. Cold pre-fermentative maceration after which the grapes ferment with their native yeasts. The work with the hat is carried out without the use of pumps by punching. Malolactic fermentation and aging of 15 months in a 4000 L tino used.
Tasting Notes Proelio cepa a cepa Garnacha
Ruby red colour with low layer reflections. The nose is elegant dominated by notes of red fruits, Mediterranean herbs and dried flowers. In the mouth it is vertical, fresh and mineral with notes of chalk and a balsamic background.
