PSI is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero. A fresh red, with a lot of fruit flavor from the winery Pingus domain, by the well-known agricultural engineer and winemaker Peter Sisseck
It comes from old vines of an average age of more than 30 years grown in micro plots of the small winery Pingus domain. The maceration takes place in cement tanks, allowing maximum fruit aromas to be achieved.
Fermentation is an entirely natural process, with no added yeast. The aging takes place in cement tanks, in oak vats and in new French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus. The barrel does not predominate in this wine, it only helps to refine it during aging.
PSI It is not filtered or clarified, it is made from a meticulous and artisanal process, which allows obtaining a wine of exceptional quality.
