Wine from vineyards with more than 20 years of age. In the plantation of our vineyards, quality criteria have prevailed at all times, moderating production, seeking a greater number of bunches of smaller grain grapes. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high (4,000 plants per hectare according to the 2.5 x 1 meter plantation frame). The vineyard also has an entire irrigation system that, through the support of meteorological stations located in different farms, allows us to control the stress of the plants and thus achieve a greater concentration in the grape.

COLOUR: Wine with a very bright middle layer.Flavors: On the nose there are notes of ripe fruits (blackberries, currants) very well assembled with toasted aromas, cinnamon, caramel toffee.PALATE In the mouth it is a velvety wine, very pleasant and with great fruit expression. It is long and with high quality tannin.

General informationLocated in the South of Monte Yerga, the Finca Cuesta de la Reina is a caralsol hillside that begins at 450 meters of altitude and ascends to 800 meters. Its soils are clay-calcareous, poor and with abundant boulders, it is a farm of more than 120 hectares that has been in the family for four generations and in which the vineyard has always been cultivated. Approximate average age of the vineyards 25 years.After a meticulous monitoring of the vineyard, the grapes are harvested at the optimum moment of maturation.The Tempranillo variety was harvested the first fortnight of October, the Garnacha in mid-October and the Mazuelo the last. week of October and first of November. The harvest is done manually, selecting healthy and ripe grapes, rejecting the raw and deteriorated ones.
Tasting Notes Solar de Becquer Gran ReservaColor red tile of good layer. Clean, complex and with good intensity on the nose, aromas of red fruits well combined with those of aging, balsamic, spices (pepper), tobacco and leather. Good structure, tasty, wide, smooth but with character and a good harmony in its flavors. Complex and clean via retronasal.

General informationA fresh and elegant grape, with a remarkable aptitude for aging, together with the good weather that throughout the cycle, favored the excellent vegetative and sanitary state of the vineyard, allowed a correct maturational balance to be achieved in all the vineyards, at which made an exceptionally favorable month of September decisively for the production of high-quality wines.The vineyard Calcareous and fresh soils of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, plots of Gallomate, San Martín and La Rad. Old vineyards between 25 and 80 years old, in glass, of limited production and small grapes. A peculiar and excellent soil for an austere vineyard in an almost mountain climate.The wine CM is a race wine of the Tempranillo variety, from San Vicente de la Sonsierra (Rioja). These vineyards between 25 and 80 years old are located in the highest area of the Sonsierra, with a production between 3,000 and 5,000 kg per hectare. The grape with which this wine is made has been selected and picked by hand in boxes of less than 12 kg.
Tasting Notes CM Carlos Moro
Intense and lively cherry color. Clean and bright on the nose, its barrel notes stand out (smoked) that give way to ripe sour fruits (raspberries and strawberries).
