Harvest: 2012. Excellent year, rainy winter, spring and summer sunny. Optimum quality and quantity of grape.
Varietal: Selected by plots and quality, perfect for the long ageing process; 85% tempranillo, 10% Carignan, 5% Graciano.
Elaboration: Vinification by Destemming and crushing. Maceration for 48 hours before the fermentation followed by 28 days in storage. Malolactic fermentation was carried in a natural way. 24 months of aging in French oak barrels (40%) and American (60%). Rest in bottle.
