The wine comes from a selection of our vineyards at San Vicente of the sonsierra, with clay-calcareous soils and with high density, is produced only in favorable vintages.
Only using autochthonous yeast, fermentation lasts about 14 days, and the malolactic fermentation is carried out naturally. Remains 36 months in barrels of American oak from an average age of 4-5 years, receiving 6 racking by the traditional method of gravity and decanting, and then rests in the bottle a minimum 18 months.
Variety: 95% Tempranillo – 5% Graciano and Grenache
: Colour cherry and orange trim, russet.
