General information

Follow the traditional process with de-stemmed grapes. The grapes are made in small tanks and cold macerated for 2 or 3 days. Fermentation lasts about 7 days and the total incubation time is around 15-18 days. AGING The wine enters the barrels after a short period of natural rest after malolactic fermentation. It remains in new American oak for 14 months, in which, under suitable conditions of humidity and temperature, the processes and reactions that allow its proper maturation occur. Finally, the wine has a minimum stay of 60 months in the bottle rack.

Tasting Notes Tarón reserve

This medium-high ruby red wine reaches the desired balance and its fine bouquet after aging and subsequent aging. It is meaty and broad, with a very expressive and elegant finish and a long and serene aftertaste.
