One year qualified as excellent and with a quality grapes, which matured in the best conditions. This was the raw material for this red, that stands out due to its great balance and its long aging in oak barrels. A red wine with all the attributes that make the House: six years of aging in American oak barrels, used and own cooperage and four years of rest in the bottle which stabilize the wine and prepare it for a long, long life.
75% tempranillo, 15% Grenache and 10% Graciano and Mazuelo
The grapes are despalillaron and then macerated in cold. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature and was raised in barrels for 6 years, subjected to 2 barrel per year.
