This wine is elaborated from the destemmed shoulders. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and 7000 litre French oak vats. Wine obtained through an extraction system without oxidation or friction through a membrane bag filled with water (system developed in the winery itself). Colour: Deep cherry red with ruby rim. Nose: Very complex, reminiscent of blueberries, blackberries, rosemary, lavender, notes of infusion, bitumen, cedar, leaves, spices, cocoa powder and fine notes of pastries. Palate: Powerful, ample, of great skeleton, enveloping, with sensations of fresh ripe fruit, marked minerals, spices, graphite, sandalwood, thyme, bay leaf and also has a long and persistent finish.
