Kind of wine: red zone: D.O.C. This wine is made from despalillados shoulders. Fermentation in small tanks of stainless steel and 7000 litre French oak vats. Wine obtained through a system of extraction without oxidation or friction through a bag full of water (a system developed in the own wine cellar) membrane. Color: Red cherry of high layer with edge Ruby. Nose: Complex, memories of blueberries, blackberries, Rosemary, lavender, notes from infusion, bitumen, cedar, leaves, spices, cocoa powder and fine notes of pastry. Palate: Powerful, broad, large skeleton, surround, with sensations of fresh fruit ripe, marked mineral, spicy, graphite, sandalwood, thyme, laurel, and also has a long and persistent finish.
