We have more than 60 ha of vineyard in 14 plots within a radius of 2 km. All of them are planted with Tinto Fino from the area, so the key to differentiation depends mainly on the conditions of each soil. Our soil characterization project emphasizes precisely how the type of soil conditions the contributions of each vine to the wines.
Our short-term objective is to focus on the typical features of each particular area of a plot and to make separate vinifications, and then decide whether the result is part of a new assembly or is marketed on its own.
