Tasting Notes Solabal reserve
Tasting Notes: Deep cherry red color, intense, almost opaque, with little evolution on the edge of the glass. Nose: Intense, without moving the glass, nuances of black fruit appear, Chinese ink, ginger, very expressive and intense. When moving, shades of chocolate, black fruits, blackberries appear, almost reminiscent of noble wood bargueño.
Palate: It is powerful in attack, friendly in its presence. On the palate, tannins are well integrated with acidity, the aftertaste is fruity with a hint of black fruit, accompanied by cocoa, even with a pleasant bitter finish.
