Variety 100% Tempranillo. Elaboration with de-stemmed grapes. Pre-fermentative maceration of 3 days at 13-14º C with long pumping over. On the fourth day the fermentation begins, which lasted about 10 days at a temperature between 25 and 27ºC, preserving the frankness in the primary aromas. It has been 14 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Vallobera reserve
Cherry red color. On the nose it is harmonious and elegant, with predominance of ripe fruit aromas, mineral notes, and very well assembled wood without standing out. The palate is balanced, powerful, with life ahead, highlighting the noble tannins. Long aftertaste.
