The white grapes of the varieties “Viura” and “Malvasía” with which we have made this wine, come from the highest and poorest areas of our old vineyards, where the aeration and sunshine to which these vines are exposed, makes them produce their best fruits.
Beginning of the form
Fermented in new “fine-grained” Allier oak barrels and then aged on lees in the same barrels for 28 months. Bottled in March 2012 a batch of 3,400 bottles. It will reach its optimum moment of consumption from 2016.
