The 2015 Vintage was favoured by a good climate throughout the vegetative cycle, which favoured the production of wines very suitable for ageing in barrels for Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva. In short, it was a GOOD HARVEST in quantity and quality.
Beginning of the form
Elaborated with grapes of the varieties Tempranillo 90% and Mazuelo 10%. Cold maceration and fermentation with controlled temperature, to preserve as much as possible the fruit aromas of the grape and obtain the best extraction of color. Aging of 16 months in American and French oak barrels, and maintenance of a few months in deposit to get a good assembly of the wine before bottling.
