Made with grapes of the Tempranillo 90% and Mazuelo 10% varieties. Cold maceration and fermentation with controlled temperature, in order to preserve as much as possible the fruit aromas of the grapes and obtain the best color extraction. Aged for 16 months in American and French oak barrels, and kept for a few months in storage to achieve a good assembly of the wine before bottling.
Tasting Notes Valserrano aging
Cherry red of medium-high layer, lively and with good drop. With a few seconds in the glass it takes intensity with hints of cinnamon, lactic. When you move the glass you can see a background of tobacco and acid red fruits.
Cheerful in attack. On the palate it shows fresh and tasty tannins, lactic memories, red fruits and sweet spices that accompany even the long and pleasant aftertaste.
