After fermentation, it goes through what is probably the longest aging in the world in a red, almost 10 years between wood and bottle. Going through different stages in different types of barrel. French and American wood, new and used 225-liter barrels, 20,000-liter vats, each batch is the one that determines the type of wood and the permanence in each container.After its passage through wood, it ages in the bottle to complete a process complex and long aging. Under normal conditions it will spend 6 years in wood and three in bottle.
