General information
After its fermentation it goes through what is probably the longest aging in the world in a red, almost 10 years between wood and bottle. Going through different stages in different types of barrels. French and American wood, new and used 225-liter barrels, 20,000-liter vats, each of the lots is what determines the type of wood and the permanence in each container.
After aging in wood, it ages in the bottle to complete a complex and long aging process. Under normal conditions it will spend 6 years in wood and three in the bottle.
The different elements that participate in its elaboration are modeled and shaped in search of the master line that has guided the wine. Unique remains true to a clear, well-defined style, inimitable character and style; elegance, firmness, aging capacity ... A unique and timeless taste that has elevated the aristocracy of the great classics.
