Manual and selected Harvest in special trailers of 1.000 Kilos of Capacity. Second selection of grapes in the cellar and subsequent destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 6,000 kilos with temperature control for 25 days with 3 pumping over daily for color extraction. Subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 24 months and 12 months aging in the bottle.
After 24 months in the barrel, the wine begins to show a softness and a special character, with 12 months of reduction in bottle, these aromas begin to assemble and detail aromas of red fruits and black pepper compote. Reduction of roasted and small animal notes. A traditional Reserve but with structure and balanced. We recommend a service temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
