Viña amezola tinto crianza 2015
Harvest: 2015. Dry year that involved a short but excellent crop with a high concentration of tannins.
Varietal: Selected plots; 85% tempranillo, 10% Carignan, 5% Graciano.
Elaboration: Vinification by Destemming. Maceration for 48 hours before the fermentation followed by 21 days on deposit. Malolactic fermentation was carried in a natural way. 15 months of aging in French oak barrels (40%) and American (60%). Rest in bottle.
