Bottle: rest, bottled unfiltered, in bottles of 75 cl. alcohol content: 12.5% vol. total acidity: 6.5 gr/l. residual sugar: very dry. gastronomy: perfect accompaniment of toasted and highly flavoured meats. hunting. shelf life: 10 years and more, in perfect conditions of constant temperature (14ºc) and humidity (75-80%). consumption temperature: from 18º to 20º c, although it varies according to people and situations. quantity produced: 80,000 bottles.
