General information
Wine made from high quality grapes harvested by hand in the best payments of Rioja-Alavesa. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with successive pumping over and "delestages" in order to achieve a good extraction of structure and color. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels, and the wine is stabilized and cleaned naturally by manual racking. After aging in barrels for approximately 2 years, the wine goes through its aging in the bottle during which it reaches the elegance and softness that characterizes it.
Tasting Notes Viña Real Gran Reserva
Intense layer of cherry color. On the nose, it presents a great aromatic richness both in intensity and complexity, maintaining a perfect balance between the varietal aromas of Tempranillo, such as ripe forest fruits and licorice, with those of Graciano, which gives it a mineral touch and all of this. complemented with the roasted and balsamic aromas of the barrel aging.
Excellent entry on the palate, round and structured, with a good blend between wood and youth that provides breadth and elegance. It is a great wine with a lot of typicality that the land gives it. It is paired both alone and with meat, fatty fish, cheeses, etc. Recommended temperature 18ºC.
