From selected areas of La Rioja Alta, in the municipality of Fuenmayor, the grape consignments that are present in this 100% Tempranillo wine are selected. After selecting the best small, loose grain, small bunches, we proceed to fermentation alcoholic in stainless steel tanks of small dimensions to extract the greatest aromatic load. After the maceration period, malolactic fermentation takes place as a step prior to its stay for 30 months in American oak barrels and its subsequent aging in the bottle for another 6 months.
Tasting notes vineyard Valoria reserve
Garnet cherry color with tile trim, which indicates its great old age. It is elegant and powerful on the nose, with aromas of pepper, spices and ripe red fruits. Its slight tannic expression on the palate and its long aftertaste are surprising.
