The harvest began in early October in the Tempranillo variety and at the end of the same month in the Graciano. Each variety is made separately. After a gentle crushing, the must is gravity-packed in small French oak vats where it ferments and macerates in contact with the skins at a maximum controlled temperature of 30 ° C, receiving slight pump-overs for 20 days.
Tasting Notes Vivanco reserve
Intense purple red color, with a tile border that denotes its aging in barrels. This wine offers aromas of cinnamon sage, all surrounded by fruity notes of cherry and blackberries and a mineral component. Deep and mature on the palate, it offers an enveloping, velvety and silky mid palate.
