Varieties: 100% Tempranillo.
Aging: During 14 months in American and French oak barrels, with subsequent refinement in bottle for 10 months.
Colour: Medium depth garnet red.
Smell: Expressive and well-defined aromas, where the touch of fresh fruit, ripe and fine wood well integrated are noted.
Taste: It has a kind entrance and a finish reminiscent of sweet spices (cinnamon, clove), with a pleasant tannin, very round in the mouth and with a great balance between wood and ripe fruit.
Marriage: Stews, legumes, roasts, hunting hair and feather, grilled meat and cod. Smoked and aromatic cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 17ºC – 19°C
