WINE MAKING This wine is the result of the selection of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10% and Garnacha 5%. The harvest was carried out manually by our own staff, selecting all the grapes from our own vineyards.
The selected bunches were subjected to mechanical de-stemming in a stainless steel sieve and gentle crushing by means of the following processes
Fermented in Allier wood vats for 11 days at a temperature of between 24º and 28ºC, it remained in the presence of the skins for a further 20 days, obtaining a structured wine with a
AGEING: Aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, it remained for a few months in vats until it was aged for a long time.
TASTING NOTE Cherry red colour, garnet rim. Aroma of red fruits (cherry,
raspberry). Very fine oak, coffee, chocolate. Powerful, spicy, tasty, complex, balanced, long and persistent on the palate, it is advisable to uncork and decant 30 to 45 minutes in advance,
Of this wine, 54,680 bottles of 0.75l, 1,200 magnums of 1.50l and 120 double magnums of 3l have been selected.
