Tasting Notes azpilicueta crianza
Cherry red color, good intensity, lively with golden sparkles. Clean and shiny.
The nose is perfumed where the notes of fruit stand out, on a toasted wooden background and soft aromas of vanilla, coconut and spices.

General informationPreparation: Harvest carried out manually. Incubating in 30,000 kg tanks in which controlled fermentation and subsequent maceration take place for 14 days. Aging: Aging takes place in second-year American Oak barrels for 18 months. It has been refining in our bottle racks
Tasting Notes Campillo CrianzaIt presents a nose of great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, such as berries or blackberries; sweet and warm notes of wood, and a very pleasant toasted background. In the Mouth: Wine with a good body and pleasant mid palate. Tasty and with good acidity, with round tannin. Retronasal with sweet sensations from the barrel and a long finish on the palate, smooth and with toasted notes, and a light fruit undertone. Pairing: It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some very flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyère cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms and mushrooms.

Spicy and balsamic aromas with hints of flower petals, nuts and quince. In the mouth it is very tasty, elegant and powerful. It has excellent acidity. Very mineral and fatty.
