GENERAL INFORMATION

90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano.Vineyards:All Tempranillo and Graciano grapes they come from a selection of the different plots of the Finca El Estanque, a 60-hectare vineyard owned by the winery in the best terroir in Haro.
Harvest:Manual It began in mid-October in the variety Tempranillo and at the end of the month in the Graciano variety.
Elaboration:Elaborated in concrete tanks. After a light de-stemming and crushing, the wort macerated in contact with the
skins. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30 ºC. for thirteen days.

TASTING NOTES

IMedium intensity bigarreau cherry red with a brick rim that is denotes barrel ageing. Aromas of ripe black fruit, tofe
and balsamic, with light mineral notes. In the mouth it shows a good structure. It is fresh, with a silky mouth step,
elegant and a long and persistent finish.
