Tasting Notes Conde de Haro Rosé

Its very soft and bright salmon color is due to the Garnacha variety. Due to the slow fermentation this cava shows us a very fine, persistent and elegant bubble that denotes a careful elaboration. The aromatic complexity of this cava is surprising, in which we find at the same time aromas of tropical fruits, citrus fruits that provide freshness, youth and At the same time that we find more mature fruits such as peach or quince.

In the mouth, it has a slightly sweet attack, turning to a fresh acidity. It is surprising the pleasant sensation of its entry into the mouth in which the fineness of its bubbles does not prevent appreciating the elegance and complexity that the lees' work has done in their upbringing. In the aftertaste and powered by carbonic we find again the aromatic palette that we have found on the nose.
