Very high colouring intensity, very intense cherry colour, with a slight purplish hue on the rim. On the nose, pleasant expression of mature skins, notes of coffee, chocolate, very mature red fruits of the field, confit, compotes and connotations of spices such as clove and pepper. Very powerful, large and meaty taste. Strong and noble tannins in excellent wood in his upbringing. Ripe aromatic complexity between slight touches of toast and dominance of various red fruits and spices. The remarkable acidity makes it very long-lived in his final on the palate and very elegant in its gustatory evolution step.”
