General information
This wine is made from grapes from our best Rioja Alta vineyards. The harvest date is determined with periodic analysis and tasting of the grapes, indicators of the optimal state of maturation. After a careful selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grape goes to oak vats where the alcoholic fermentation will take place. The uncorking is done in new French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place and its subsequent aging, for 20 months.
Tasting Notes Accountant
High vividness and color intensity. Cherry color with purple reminiscences in the meniscus. On the nose its aromatic potential stands out, with ripe forest fruits appearing, with blackberries predominating, and also floral notes of violet intermingling with those from fine wood such as coffee, chocolates and balsamics. In the mouth it has a powerful attack but with a smooth mid palate marked by a silky and pleasant tannin, which gives us a broad aftertaste that allows us to continue enjoying the wine for a long time. In the glass it evolves, expanding its aromatic variety.
