Characteristics

Reserve in barrel 24 months and 36 months in bottle. Coming from well selected grapes, in perfect state of maturation and manually harvested from our own vineyards around the Finca de San Rafael. Grapes that after destemming fermented in stainless steel tanks and that after a maceration of 15 to 20 days carried out the malolactic fermentation that refines the wine leaving it in its proper acidity. This is followed by a transfer to American oak barrels, 40%, and French, 60%, where they will remain for two years.

Tasting Notes Contino gran reserva

With an attractive red color, in nose it is opulent, intense, of great complexity, where the black and red fruits predominate opposite to the toasted aromas contributed by a noble wood. In the mouth it is powerful, persistent, balanced and very polished, with a silky tannin that envelops the palate.
