Manual harvest and selected in boxes of 15 kilos, second selection in special selection tables in the cellar, meticulous destemming. Fermentation in selected 2,000-kg French oak tanks, with temperature control. This fermentation lasts approximately 1 month and its subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. It ages in new medium plus toasted French oak barrels for 15 months and rests in bottle for 12 months.
Tasting Notes Bacchus Delight
Marked aromas of violet and ripe berries. New French oak barrels of selected woods give it clean coffee aromas, while fully respecting the fruit aromas of the Tempranillo variety. We recommend a service temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
