EL NÓMADA continues to be a selection of the four best Tempranillo and Graciano plots we have; Matadula, Henares, Andaverde and Larrazuri have been chosen on this occasion. Produced in stainless steel vats of 10,000 liters capacity and lower load, we avoid this way, the fruit is hit at the entrance to the tanks. It is then aged in the barrels that we use every year for this wine. French oak from the best cooperages in the country such as Berthomeu, Radoux, Taransaud, Seguin Moreau and Ermitage. He carries out the malolactic fermentation in them and rests on them for 14 months.
Tasting Notes El Nomada
Intense colour and layer of ripe cherry. Its intense color announces the maturity of the harvest and the warmth of the year. In the mouth it is fleshy and long, with good structure and acidity. Very elegant. A gastronomic and versatile wine when pairing.
