Harvest: Manual, between 18 and 26 October.
Varieties: Tempranillo (94%), Garnacha (3%), Viura (2%) and Graciano (1%).
Elaboration: Cluster selection in the field. Two days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Fermentation at controlled temperature for 6 days with gentle pumping over and later
maceration for 10 days.
Aging: 22 months in 225 liters casks, American (70%) and French oak barrels (30%). Party
The malolactic fermentation of the wine takes place in barrels.
Analytical: Alcohol: 13,9% vol. / PH: 3,65 / Total acidity: 5,5 g/l / Volatile acidity: 0,65 g/l.
Tasting note: Very lively ruby cherry. Very ripe red fruits (strawberry, cherry), with a certain degree of ripeness.
menthol background and discreet wood notes (cocoa, pencil). A tasty and full-bodied red wine
medium marked by the freshness of the vintage and the prominence of the red, smooth and crisp fruit.
Its firm tannins will allow a good development in the bottle. It is not a reservation to use: the character
of the terroir clearly rules over the breeding process
