Grapes of the Tempranillo 50% and Garnacha 50% varieties, from vines over 30 years old, grown on the two main slopes of the Ebro valley. The Tempranillo comes from the Sierra de Cantabria and the Garnacha from the foothills of the Sierra de la Demanda, in Alto Najerilla and concentration, still young and alive with fine tannins and sustained by a freshness that balances it.
It will evolve for a long time in the bottle. days of cold pre-fermentation maceration, with daily pumping over and delestage during fermentation at controlled temperatures, in conical stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 5 months, the rest remains in concrete tanks with its lees.
