WINE MAKING AND AGING: Alcoholic fermentation that lasts for 15 days followed by long post-fermentation maceration. It is then aged in first and second year French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months, followed by a minimum of one year in the bottle. Wine without treatments or stabilization processes, so it may present some precipitate.
TASTING NOTES: Medium ruby red layer with violet rim. Floral aromas, with expression of red fruits as it opens in the glass. Smooth and balsamic remembrance in the mouth, with a marked acidity on the palate, which makes it a round and appetizing wine.
